Requirements:

🔹Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel management

🔹Strong leadership and organizational skills

🔹Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

🔹Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage

3. Position: Receptionist
Industry: Hospitality

Bethsaida Hotel is seeking a well-spoken, friendly, and professional Receptionist to be the face of our front desk. If you have a passion for customer service and a warm, welcoming personality, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

🔹Greet and welcome guests with a positive attitude
🔹Handle check-in and check-out procedures
🔹Answer phone calls, emails, and assist with guest inquiries
🔹Manage reservations and room allocations
🔹Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
🔹Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments

Requirements:

🔹Grade 12 certificate or higher qualification in hospitality or related field
🔹Proven experience in a similar role is an added advantage
🔹Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
🔹Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Booking systems)
🔹Smart appearance and professional demeanor
🔹Able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
