Trybe Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Trybe, a digital platform operated by Barelynx Technology (“Trybe”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Trybe platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Trybe, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

• Trybe is not a party to any agreement, communication, or outcome between users and opportunity providers.

All applications, inquiries, and engagements occur directly between users and the organization offering the opportunity.

By using Trybe, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

• Any information you provide is accurate and lawful

You agree to:

Trybe reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove any opportunity that violates these Terms or is deemed harmful, misleading, or inappropriate.

6. No Guarantees or Endorsements

Trybe does not:

• Verify the legitimacy, accuracy, or availability of opportunities

• Guarantee outcomes, success, selection, or engagement

• Endorse any organization, opportunity, or user

Users engage with opportunities at their own risk.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, deceptive, or unlawful opportunities

• Use the Platform for spam, scams, or abusive behavior

• Attempt to collect personal data from users outside the intended use of the Platform

• Interfere with the operation or security of Trybe

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, excluding user-submitted content, including branding, logos, design, and software, is owned by or licensed to Trybe and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trybe, Barelynx Technology, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform

• Opportunities you post or share

• Violation of these Terms or applicable laws

13. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Trybe at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or use the Platform in a way that may harm Trybe or other users.
