Coptic Hospital is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Chef to join our hospital cafeteria team.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

· Age: Between 20 and 40 years

· Education: Minimum of a Certificate or Diploma in Food Production, Culinary Arts, or Hospitality Management from a recognized institution

· Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a reputable hotel, restaurant, or institutional kitchen

· Proven ability to prepare high-quality, hotel-standard meals

· Strong skills in pastry and cake making

· Must be neat, sharp, and quick, with excellent time management and organizational skills

· Demonstrated professionalism, creativity, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

· Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and dietary requirements is essential
