Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team at a lodge in Chipata. The ideal candidate will ensure that all guest rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained to provide a pleasant environment for our guests.



Key Responsibilities:



Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas daily.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock toiletries.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and furniture.
Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
Follow health and safety regulations and lodge cleaning standards.
Assist in laundry duties when required.




Qualifications and Requirements:



Must be a resident of Chipata.
Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is an added advantage.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Honest, punctual, and well-organized.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays if required.
