Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Bartender, who will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of the establishment. The Bartender plays a key role in ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

· Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.

· Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drink selections.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies.

· Check identification to verify the legal drinking age of customers.

· Handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide accurate change.

· Monitor and manage the bar's inventory, restocking as needed.

· Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper storage and handling of alcoholic beverages.

· Engage with patrons, providing friendly and attentive service.

· Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications, Skills, Proficiencies, Experience and Exposure

- Proven experience as a Bartender in a similar environment.

- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and presentation.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy kegs or supplies.

- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

- Beverage service certification is a plus.
